FORMER AMUSEMENT PARK WORKER PREVIOUSLY CHARGED WITH SEX CRIMES AGAINST THREE YOUNG GIRLS FACES NEW CHARGES FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING FOURTH MINOR FEMALE VICTIM

*OCDA is seeking the public’s help identifying potential additional victims

SANTA ANA – The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) filed new charges against a former amusement park worker for sexually assaulting a fourth minor female victim with new additional charges for the sexual assault of Jane Doe #1. The defendant was previously charged with sexually assaulting Jane Doe #1, a female relative, Jane Doe #2, the 7-year-old daughter of a family friend, and Jane Doe #3, another female relative. Bryan William Anast, 45, Corona was charged yesterday, Aug. 28, 2013, with five felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14, one felony count of forcible lewd act on a child under 14, one felony count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, and one felony count of producing child pornography. SANTA ANA – A child molester will be re-committed to a state mental hospital as a Sexually Violent Predator (SVP) after a unanimous jury found today that the offender is a continued threat to children and the community. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office (OCDA) filed a petition to have Carlos Dominguez, 65, committed as an SVP based on his prior convictions of sexual assaults against a 10-year-old female family relative and a 10-year-old daughter of a family friend. Thor attraction coming to Disneyland!


This summer at Disneyland park, Iron Man Tech Presented by Stark Industries has given us a close-up look at Tony Stark’s Hall of Armor and an opportunity to virtually “suit up” in the Mark 42 armor featured in the blockbuster film, “Iron Man 3.” And we’ve recently learned Captain America will be appearing at Avengers Academy on the reimagined Disney Magic. How much will Disney lose on all their ridiculous Lone Ranger merchandise?


The poor performance of Disney’s summer Lone Ranger movie will cost the company between $160 million and $190 million in losses during the current quarter, the company’s CFO said on Tuesday, as reported by Investor Place.

But never mind what they blew on the movie – what about all the ridiculous Lone Ranger merchandise?  They really went way overboard!  The Lone Ranger was rated PG-13, which cut out a lot of family audiences, and post-release audience demographics showed that the movie was mostly popular with people over 50, yet Disney made a ton of Lone Ranger toys and other products for kids.  What were Disney’s merchandisers smoking?

Disney hints at a new Star Wars land at Disneyland during the D23 Expo

New hints from Walt Disney Co. illuminate that fan favorites like Luke Skywalker and Chewbacca the Wookiee might soon be joining the Star Wars cast that already entertain parkgoers at the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California, and it’s all thanks to Disney’s acquisition of “Star Wars” maker Lucasfilm Ltd. last year. Following the wrap-up of Disney’s annual D23 Expo Sunday, fans are now walking away with new “Star Wars” anticipation, according to Wall Street Cheat.

Disney placed crates with “Star Wars” references in an area of the D23 Expo highlighting new attractions. One was labeled “lightsaber assortment.” Another sported a cutout of R2-D2, giving the appearance the robot character had escaped from the box, according to Bloomberg. Continue reading
